Help please I'm pregnant and in pain

So I'm 31 weeks pregnant. I haven't had a uti since I was a kid. So I don't know what's going on.
When I have to pee I get cramps so bad it feels like contractions. I already can barely walk due to pelvic pain however I couldn't walk at the end of my pregnancy with my first so this may be normal for me. Back cramps and stomach cramps. Bad cramping on my side when I pee. My c section scar hurts so bad I can barely move.
I plan on calling my OB in the morning. But I was hoping someone can tell me if this sounds like a uti or if it's nothing and I need to just call OB tomorrow. Or if it's a big deal.

I know stupid to ask here but everyone is in bed and I don't think it's big enough to call the after hours doctor.
Thanks

I called they said as long as I'm not bleeding it's ok to wait till tomorrow.

I would call the OB's after hours line right now. Have you been drinking lots of fluids? All that cramping doesn't sound right... May be kidney issues. Kidney stone, kidney infection... I'd call now in case it's something serious. Better safe than sorry! Hugs!

No...UTI's are usually a burning sensation when you do go and a constant urge to go. I'd err on the side of caution and call the after hours number to get an opinion.
