So Today I learned that KMART will not refund even with a receipt

If the product was purchased nearly a year ago even if the product was never taken out of the package or used.... sighs

Usually there is 90 day policy. They should have given you a in store credit.

After a certain amount of time it can't be returned to the manufacturer.

Receipts usually have the return policy printed on the back

The Kmart in our area went out of business a few years ago! I didn't even realize any Kmarts were still in business!
