For the "bread", mix together ground flax seeds, pureed onions and chives, grated carrots, water, salt and olive oil, then dry the mixture with a dehydrater. After several hours, peel it off and add tomatoes, avocado and lettuce, then top with cashew sauce, consisting of pureed cashews, garlic powder and agave. Yum!
