Barely any meat or fish, and no alternative protein like eggs or cheeses....what do you typically make for meals?

It would be cheaper if I were allowed to have an actual garden and not the potted veggies. I cant wait to have my own home!!!!! just have another 10-15 years to wait :(

People who just want to make excuses or don't want to look for deals. The other day I got a huge watermelon, 10 pounds of onions,10 pounds of squash, a half peck of tomatoes, and a huge box of peaches for just under $60.

Last week I got two bushels of peas, four pounds of blue berries, 5 gallons of zucchini, and a bushel of corn for $50. My freezer is almost set.

shelf life baby. I don't eat that much in a week, and it's usually going bad by then.

That's $60 for side dishes. Where are your actual meals?

We eat meat for dinner about 3-4 times a week. And vegetarian options the rest of the time.

We're having lamb stew tonight, and tomorrow I'm baking the chicken. I will shred it to make 2 dinners. Salsa chicken one night, and bbq chicken the next (I might make bbq chicken pizza).

OP you got a bunch pf side dishes. I could make a couple fully rounded meals with what you have. People need to breakfast, lunch AND dinner for $60-$80 a week
