It's 2 whole wheat tortillas, with pizza sauce, sauteed mushroom, onion, garlic and spinach, skim (half fat) mozzerella cheese baked for 10 minutes at 450F

a bowl of watermelon

half a glass of milk with ice.

the pills in the middle are b12, not really part of the dinner.   well , it's a part of MY dinner lol

***ETA  I never knew ice in milk was considered gross or strange! I can't drink it without it.  I hate thick milk.  I drink skim with ice, it makes it super cold and waters it down a bit.

Yes. Everything looks good, except for the ice in the milk. I've always thought what was weird for some reason. I think it is a great quick and healthy meal perfect for summer.

Yes, but with no.sauce. I'd use a balsamic reduction with those ingredients. And I'd use feta instead of mozzarella.

Absolutely, but as much as I love ice cold milk, ice in milk grosses me out!!

No because I'm vegan, gluten free and eat mostly raw. It isn't a bad meal though.

Why wouldn't your kids eat it?
