So I started feeling a cold coming on last Monday but kept on with my normal routine, hoping it would pass. Friday was 4th of July and we went to see fireworks. Due to traffic (3 hours for a normally 20 min drive) we didn't get home until after 2 a.m. I think the late night gave the cold a jump start because I woke up feeling horrible Sat. I rested all day Sat, Sun and most of Mon. Today I am still congested and have a wet cough (sorry tmi). Not sure if I should attempt the gym or not? Maybe just a long bike ride? Or rest again? Not sure if I'm being a baby or not lol. I'm normally a very active person so it's hard to just sitting around.
