You can pump

My sister is a strict advocate for women nursing whenever and wherever they please. She absolutely refuses to bring a bottle of pumped milk. I think it would be easier to bring a bottle of pumped milk than to try to feed in public, but maybe that's just the logic in me.

Another one I didn't write but am interested in opinions other than mine.

Breastfeeding in public is much easier than pumping.

Not everyone can pump, and bringing and storing the milk is a pain in the butt.

Having exclusively pumped x 3 and having nursed one, I can't imagine pumping is ever easier.

Pumping takes forever and is uncomfortable. It is much easier to just lift your shirt and let the baby eat.

Your opinion is just your opinion, not logic.

Well seeing as she has experience with this and you seemingly don't, her opinion is probably worth considering.

Sitting attached to a machine for twelve mines. Pouring everything in proper storage. Keeping everything at the proper temperature. Fighting a baby that knows the boob is there. And getting painfully engorged over a missed feeding is easier then sitting down and latching a baby on? See the difference in steps. Plus that's not including clean up. And making sure the baby doesn't eat too fast from the bottle.

No it's not easier. I pumped exclusively for Lilly her first six months of life. It's awful. Pumping takes hard effort and dedication. I only did that because she was hospitalized, and then she was on a feeding tube until she learned to eat. After that I taught her how to breastfeed. The pump is still a dark memory..
