Who should be responsible????

So, our neighbors are working on their fence; tearing down the old one and rebuilding a new one, no biggie. They have working on it ALL WEEKEND!! Well, here's the dilemma. Our dogs are outside dogs, they spend all day outside and have been inside all weekend. We have to put them on a leash and take them outside to potty. They are not used to being inside, we are not used to them being inside. So my question is, if the neighbors are not done today, we will more than likely need to put them doggie daycare tomorrow. Should they pay for it? Our dogs cannot be inside all day tomorrow, no one will here to let take them out to potty. It's not our fault the dogs cannot be outside. They need to hurry the f**k up so our daily lives can continue. Would it be rude to mention they will need to go to doggie daycare?

You are responsible. If it is on their property they could take it down and never replace it without your permission

Your dogs, your responsibility.
I can't believe you are even asking this.

Are you serious? It is absolutely your responsibility to pay to board your dogs. Build your own fence and then you wouldn't be reliant on your neighbors'.

Is it because there is no fence or because the dogs will destroy their work?
