I've written about this place once before. It's the place that posted an email a lady wrote complaining about the utensils and plates. They included the first and last name of the lady.

And yes it's the owner that wrote both posts.

I don't follow pages so I don't really give two shits. I base my opinion on actual experiences.

The sad thing is this is supposedly really good food. Like people wait HOURS to order food.

The best thing they could do is to address the issues as they arise online. If someone says something negative, apologize and and say that they'll try to do better in the future. If they think that there's someone stalking or harassing their place of business, just ban them without announcing it.

Nope. I wouldn't eat there. I want honest opinions about a place. I get that sometimes an owner might have personal issues with someone, but if they're saying this to ALL of their customers on a public form, I wouldn't trust them at all.

Yikes, I wouldn't go there due to that alone! You can have BOTH excellent food and excellent service.
