My friend douches a lot and she asked me about it and I said no. She gave me this nasty ass look lol and I was like isn't that why you have vaginal discharge. Your vagina is constantly cleaning itself. Why douche. I don't know. Never tried it let me know what you gals think

Douching is terrible for you. You're right it's self cleaning.

I've heard mixed views on the reasons and safeness of douching. I've done it 3 times in my life (each time after I was done bleeding from c sections). Even if it's in safe, I feel cleaner doing it! Although I don't use store bought, just water. :/

It's a personal decision but simply taking a shower works too😃

Nope. Not once in my life have I douched, and my vajayjay is totally healthy. Lol.

Isn't there research that found that douching is bad for you? Or something like that.

Douching is awful for you. The only time fluid should go into your vagina is if a doctor is doing it for a medical procedure

It's really bad for your vagina. Don't do it.

I have never used one. I have never had a problem with odor or anything like that. If I ever do have a problem I would use one if needed.
