I haven't made pork chops in forever and so I bought some but I am not really sure how I want to cook them. So how do you make them? Any good recipes you would like to share.

Oven Pork Chops

1/2 C. water

2 or more Iowa Chops

Potatoes

Baby carrots (desired amount)

Oil

Rub potatoes with oil

In an oven bag put your chops, oiled potatoes, baby carrots and 1/2 C. water-Tie off and put in the oven on a baking sheet.

Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

So tender, no knife needed!

For even more appealing chops, you can lightly coat them with flour and brown them a little on each side in a pan with a little oil first. (You don't have to do this step, only if you want to!)

I like to lightly tenderize them and then coat them in egg and bread/cracker crumbs and fry 'em up.

I love the pork shake and bake yum!

Or bake them in brown gravy with mushrooms

fried chops are the best, but they should be brined overnight for maximum flavor

My favorite way is marinating them in apple juice with onions and pepper then browning each side on the stove and finishing them off in the oven. Works best with thicker chops.

Marinade and grill them or sometimes I fry them.

I grill them, fry them, bake them, and broil them
