Has anyones baby ever had Roseola?

My daughter (11 months) had a fever for a couple days now she's fever free but broke out in a rash. Doctor said it's a viral infection and I googled it and it stays Roseola. I'm just wondering if anyone else had delt with this and how long the rash lasted.

Ds (19 months) had had it twice.  Rash lasted about 10 days afterwards:/

My little one had one that stuck around for more than a week. Nothing helps duration, but Aveeno oatmeal bath seem to soften the skin so it's not so dry and bothersome.

Awe. Poor baby. Do you know where your kid got it from?

I babysit kids here at my home, so I assume from one of them or at the school/ karate studio.  Heck, could have even been the church nursery.  Luckily, the fever never lasted more than a day or two.

My 17 month old just had this happen a few weeks ago. He ran a fever for 4 days then once that was gone he had a rash on his legs and neck for a couple days.

Sorry, when I read the title, the first thing came to my mind was the song "Fever" by Michael Bubble.

Awe, I hope she feels better soon.

Yeah her fever lasted two days and now she's broken out in a rash. We don't go anywhere so I'm not sure where she got it. We go to the store but she's not around other kids on a daily basis

It lasted less than a week for us.  The rash does not hurt or itch or bother them.
