I pee a minimum of 16 times a day.

Once an hour for every hour I am awake.
It's usually more. 20+
If I am going out somewhere, I hold it, but I pretty much still need to.
I drink 200-500 oz of water a day.
It's a lot of water, but I am starting to think I have a bladder/kidney problem.
What is considered normal?
Good to know it's just my massive water intake.

I think you have a problem for drinking that much water. The peeing is just a side effect.

Pretty much, yeah.
At least I cut out everything else. It was over 30 times a day when I also drank tea and soda.

A totally healthy, hydrated person should be peeing every 1.5 hours.

I drink about 140 ounces of water per day and pee about every houe-1.5 hour and wake up 2-3 times a night to pee.

if you are so thirsty that you are drinking 500 oz of water a day, I would be checked by a doctor for diabetes

That's a lot of water. Anyone who drinks that much is going to pee a lot.

The more water you drink, the more you pee.
