New job new insurance. I pay 70.00 a week and have to pay 2,000.00 worth of doctor visits etc before they pay a dime. We don't use the doctor that often so basically I can't afford to use the doctor. Went today to get depression medicine just found out I can't afford to go back. Wow

Um, one broken bone and you just ate that deductible. It's there to cover you.

One broken bone so I can have a 2,000 bill I also can't afford?

The other insurance option was 130.00 a week I couldn't afford that. My old job I paid 20.00 copay for doctor visits from what I remember. I'm not use to this.

I'm not suggesting you break a bone. I'm saying that your out of pocket deductible sucks, but you use it up faster than you think. Then insurance is responsible.

I am dreading when my husband gets out of the army.   Haven't had to worry about insurance in like 6 years.   he gets out in a year.
