A living vegetable is not a life

I see tons of poor kids who are nothing more than living vegetables.They have tubes comming out everywhere and can only blink.there alive but not living.before parents keep kids that tests say will have a super low quality of life or die shortly after birth or have severe to no mental or physical function are selfish.you need to think of the child and the quality of life.There is a difference between being alive and living
