I'm 27 weeks pregnant. I can not get a hold of my OB. All day I've gone to the bathroom and like a few drops came out. I drank loads of water. Still trickles and some pain. I feel a throbbing sensation. Now I'm in pain just sitting on the couch (like kidney area)

Sounds like a UTI or kidney infection.  Urgent care could help as well.

Normally if you have to ask you should do it. You are pregnant. Go to the flipping hospital

I'd go. Sounds like a UTI and who needs that noise?

I did have one. He passed away in a car wreck a few weeks ago.

If you have to ask strangers on the internet if they think you should go the the ER, you should seriously think about reproducing...

You are pregnant and have trouble urinating and are in pain.... GO SEE A FUCKING DOCTOR! Are you planning on asking CM if you should take your newborn to the ER instead of just going?? -_-

I'll be the voice of dissent. I don't think it's ER worthy. Schedule an appointment with a regular doctor or go into an urgent care. Go get some cranberry pills until then.

Go to an Urgent Care if you can, otherwise the ER. Did you leave a message with your OB? Or are they closed for vacation? Even so, usually there is someone on call.
