so yesterday morning i left for an over night work related trip. Left Dh, DD (7) DD(5 months) and their cousin (5). Was quite surprised when I walked in this evening and saw my living room, kitchen and dining area were spotless. Then I saw DDs room. Omg did he not check on the girls once in the day I was gone?? I am pissed. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. The fact 2 little girls could cause this much destruction....

They broke the facing off one of the dresser drawers. And you cant tell in the pic but they also broke DDs closet door. Im trying to decide making them clean it tonight or at the ass crack of dawn (literally).

Looks like they used the laundry basket to stand on. I have 2 of those laundry baskets.

Yeah, I wouldn't be happy either. Make him deal with the clean up.

If you're not watching kids. This tends to happen. Sorry :(

How tiny is that room and why did you choose to position the bed that way with it being so tiny? Just curious.

Sucks that they broke something, be glad your house was clean.
Have them clean it, regardless of the time.

Kids will be kids. It's not like it's your whole house that looks like that.
Sorry I think I'm the only one who doesn't find it to be a big deal.

The broken stuff would make me irritated though.
