Bedtime has been 8:00 since my children were toddlers, and continues into school years.

We start bedtime routine at 8 pm and he is in bed no later than 8:30.

Edit to add:  I think when picking a bed time you should also consider what time they are waking up as 5 year olds need 10-12 hours of sleep per night.

Between 7-8 no later than 8. Sometimes 6 if he needs it (high functioning autistic), but I also have a almost 4 year old ss and an almost 3 year old ds. Plus a new one coming soon. Since birth I set up a bedtime routine of 7 pm bedtime asleep by 8pm, for my kids, dh didn't push it with ss, and bm has no bedtime at all, it causes issues and its sad how emotional ss can get (50/50 custody).

Naps at 10 -11 am because they all wake at 6am no matter how late they stay up.

Oldest ds starts kinder this year, he only naps during the summer, heat wears him out.
