But I've never talked to my doc about it due to being embarrassed.

I sit and twist my hair til its a knot and then rip it out.

I have bald spots from it.

yes it is.I worked with a student that did this Its called Trichomillo....something something lol I cant quite remember or know how to spell it Its tied with anxiety .You can get help for it!

Your dr will be able to help you out. Its a form of anxiety coping. . .
