If you had someone password and logged in their fb and changed that password but eventual gave the password back-can you be arrested ?
Someone is trying to say she's going to have a friend arrested BC she logged in her fb and uploaded her mug shot as a profile picture. She gave the new password back to this person.
They are trying to say she is going to the DA to have her arrested. Can she?

The mug shot was a recent dui arrest. The girl that did it lives in a different state.

If she just did that one time and now the person has controll then I would think the DA has bigger fish to fry she should not have gotten a DUI she brought in on her own self. I think mug shots for drunk driving of driving under the influence should be posted on their facebook page automaticlly or put up in a public place then maybe people would think twice before they got behind the wheel drunk or high.

Probably because she is the one who actually did it.
Look, OP, you could skate by unnoticed as a friend pulling a stupid prank. Or, she could lawyer up and they could make an example out of you.
It could go either way. It really depends on how much she wants it, and how much malice there was behind it.

Yeah, screw that pesky penal system that makes you pay for your debt to society. It isn't enough! More, more, more! Because she said so!

-.-
