Upstairs neighbors had a pipe bust. Kitchen is already flooded, the dining room is flooded and the living room is getting there. Its hot as hell too.
They arnt home, of course, and maintenance? An hour away. Fml today.

Find the water shut off and shut it off from outside the building ASAP

Call the fire department, they can get the water shut off.

Can't, it's in a locked room on the side of the building.... We shut the power off.

It's my neighbors upstairs and of course they arnt home. So I have to wait for maintenance to get in.
