I made a goal to walk a mile today. I have been feeling absoulutely horrid lately, no energy and just so unhealthy. I have been losing weight by cutting out all drinks but water and making my portions smaller but know I need to work out. I made a promise to myself that I was setting my alarm for 5:39am and going to walk. My goal was a mile, I power walked 2.25 miles. I am so damn proud of myself, and I have so much energy:) According to my scale I weight 243 a few months ago I was 267, so this is huge for me.
