She's 15. My brother called me this morning after they got back from the police station.  He sounds so defeated!

ive seen a lot of ppl post about experiencing or counseling rape. 

What can I do to help!?!?!?

I would just let her and her parents know that you are there for them. I don't have any advice other than that.
