Do people buy clothes at garage sales?

I have never had a garage sale before, but I am seriously drowning in all the extra clothes we have especially ones my kids have outgrown.  I was thinking of just putting everything at a dollar each except for outfits and the really expensive clothes.  I have already donated a lot but it would be nice to even get a dollar back on what I have bought over the years.  So the question is do people buy clothes at a garage sales?  There will also be baby equipment.

I buy my kids clothes sometimes depending on condition. I probably wouldn't for me though.

I certainly would if I liked them. People do like a bag for $5 or something.

I have never bought clothes at a garage sale, and when I've held sales most of the clothing is left untouched. Always ends up in the Goodwill donation pile.

Set up a table of all the items you just want to get rid of. Don't put any tags on these and place a sign on front 'Bag full, this table 5 dollars. Anything you want a little more money for put a tag on.

Yes I love garage sales,  but depending on the item of clothing a dollar is too much.

Yes people buy it...I would suggest though finding a rack you can hang everything up on if at all possible. I know a lot of people don't necessarily like digging through folded up clothing on a table. It's a lot easier to browse when they are hung up on a hanger.
