Are there any words that people mispronounce that annoy you?

 

It bugs the hell out of me when people say:

Pacific instead of Specific. 

 As in:  I pacifically said to turn at the 1st stop light

Valentimes instead of VALENTINES

 

 

I know there are a few more that bother me but these are the worst. How about you?

I hate when people use the non word nother. Nother is not a word. It's either other or another. There is no in between.

Walla mean promise or something in Arabic. So those are two different words

I hate it when people say "finna"

Like, that's not even a word lol. You are not "finna" go to the grocery store. You might be "about to" go to the grocery store, but finna makes you sound ignorant.

A guy I used to work with always said Massatwosets instead of Massachusetts. Drove me batty.
