I like string cheese sliced and microwaved on wax paper as a snack, and my favorite low carb meal is spaghetti squash pizza bake. Spaghetti squash with ground beef and spaghetti sauce, then cheese and pepperoni layered on top.

When I want something sweet I mix cream cheese with cocoa powder, and stevia.

2 eggs and fruit (Strawberries, grapes)

Apple slices and natural peanut butter

String cheese and cucumber slices

Cashews and banana.

I eat small portions and always something with protein.

I need carbs to keep my energy level up. I just avoid simple carbs.

Almonds, peanut butter and celery, cheese, fruit(depending on what low carb diet you're on and what stage you're on) veggies, my all time fav is cauliflower and guacamole
