My ex won't share a car seat with me...am I being crazy?

My ex and I split before my daughter was born...we've had our ups and downs but she's 8 months now and we both love her...we both bought infant only car seats and she's outgrowing it...me and my bf are in a rough patch financially so I asked my ex if him and I could share a seat for her...he said no...we really can't afford a whole new other one...

Is he being unreasonable or am I...I don't see why we can't share one between us with drop off pick up...?

But your own seat. It's not his responsibility it's yours.

Those are a major fucking pain the ass to switch back and forth. You can buy a convertible car seat for around 50 at walmart I believe. Sell some of her baby items she no longer needs and use that to buy her a car seat

Try a local fire department or call your local dhs office and see if they have any programs that they know of that will help you out with that.
