Alright, so I need help with a theme for a first birthday.

I like the winnie the pooh idea, but that is kind of cliche.

or the litte mermaid, which is their crib sheets and blankets, and have stuff flounders, and will watch the little mermaid all day.

We had an "under the sea" party for my DD last year. It was really cute.

I did a little mermaid cake, I cut fruit in fish and star shapes and served them on brown sugar, so it looked like sand. I hung a fishing net on one wall and hung fish from the ceiling. It was really cute.

Which one is more of your child's favorite? We had a cars themed party for my sons 1st because he was obsessed with that movie.
