Does this sound like a reasonable amount?

DH and I are going on vacation this month to Niagara Falls for 3 days. We are planning on bring around $800 with us.

Our hotel is already paid for but we may have to pay a $100 refundable deposit.
We figure around $200 for gas.
The rest is for food, attractions, casino and other things we may want.

The attractions aren't cheap.

I would plan on cost of attractions plus $150/day for food.

Yes, you'll be fine with that amount. We've been there a few times, it's far better on the Canadian side if you are able to go over.

I've never been there but if you aren't big spenders it should be fine.

I am Canadian, so that's the side we'll be on :)

So $500? If so, I think you can do it. I'd bring a cooler for lunches and go to the store to get snacks.

We're spending the first two days at my best friends. She's already said not to worry about giving them any money for groceries because I never make her buy anything when she's here.
