Tuesday- chili lime fish tacos with mango salsa, Spanish rice with corn and beans, and spicy roasted cauliflower
Wednesday- dinner out
Thursday- shepherds pie(I used mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes) sautéed garlic lemon green beans.
Friday- jumbalayla soup, corn bread with jalapeños
Saturday- chicken satay with peanut sauce, brown rice with bok choy, shredded carrots, edamame beans, and homemade lumpia :)
