Friends ex is $115,000 behind in child support. That amount is considered a felony. She filed charges and a warrant was issued for him. Anyone have any idea of what he will get?

Depends on the state and whether she received any public assistance.

My x owes twice that and in 15 years Oregon not only never arrested him they decided they would no longer pursue the case cause they hadn't collected much over the years.

Sucjs. Child support enforcement wouldn't help her. She went to the police and pressed charges
