What to read...true crime

I'm trying to decide what book to read next. I love true crime. I don't want the ted bundy and the zodiac killer books. I want to read the little small town stuff you don't really know about unless you love there. I just read elizabeth smarts book (she lived two hours from me). I also read eye of the beast (about a guy that kidnaps and murders a little girl down the street from me.). She was two months older than me and the guy lived three blocks from my house. I wouldn't know about it if I hadn't lived here.

What books are out there that are small town crazy stuff, but you only know about because you are from there?

I don't have anything close to me to offer but I love true crime, too. Ann Rule is always good for that. So, bump

I picked this up from my library. I'm going to start reading it tomorrow. I can't wait.
