I made my own thing up tonight, I turned out really good, so I thought I'd share.
1. I cut 2 zucchini into thin half moons, browned a half flat of ground chicken, and sliced 3 roma tomatoes. Finely sliced a bunch of basil from the garden, idk about 2tbsp worth, and 2 green onions.
2. I mixed half cup of parmesan cheese and half cup of mozzerella.
3. I tossed the zucchini, tomato, turkey, onions and basil with a tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp dried tyme, 1/2 tsp black pepper and half the cheese mix.
4. I threw it all in a greased 4x4 casserole dish, cooked at 375 (I preheated) for 30 mins. Took it out, threw the other half of the cheese on top, cooked for another 15.
It was REALLY GOOD!
Would you eat this?
