She's not even two yet, but will share absolutely everything with everyone she sees that doesn't have what she has.

Examples: she's playing with her Elmo doll. Looks up, sees grandpa doesn't have a toy, so she runs, gives him Elmo, and she grabs a different doll and continues playing.

We were eating today at dinner. Spaghetti, to be exact. I finish my food first, and sat with dd while she ate. She leaned over, looked at my empty dish, grabbed a glob of spaghetti from her dish and put it on my dish. Then offered me some of her juice.

The children at her babysitters house are kind, but not like this. Her sitter says she's very easy to watch, as she makes sure everything is fair. Brings a tear to my eye =)

Thought I'd share. I hope she never changes this. The world needs more caring people in it...

Lol nope. The other kids her sitter watches take things from one another, and will hit and scream at one another over a toy. Dd just looks at them like "Uh...here. Take my doll. I'm gonna go play with this toy truck!"

Yes in a perfect world. But we don't live in one of those. Most two year olds are not overly concerned with much but themselves. Lol. At two mine were like "this is mine bitches, back off". Lmao.

Ds is like this! When we go out he takes cars and always gives one to other children in the park to play with. I just think it's a normal stage of development though
