Drink lots of water and lay on your side. If you have more than 5-6 in an hour call your dr.

I worked L&D for several years. This is what our drs would have told their pts. Start drinking tons of water to hydrate, put your feet up, in a recliner or on a couch and relax. Just keep your bladder empty bc a full bladder will irritate the uterus and cause it to contract. FYI early labor doesn't always hurt. It's tricky. Don't play around with it!

im 32 weeks and get them 20 mins apart but they go away after a while completely.
drs put me in extreme bed rest for preterm labor.

had my first at 34.. it sucks.

go to L&D if they continue.

i didnt pay attention the first time and ended ul with a little 34 weeker and had NO idea i was in labor.
better safe than sorry! good luck!

You could be dehydrated and need fluids you need to call your OB.

are you sure theyre contractions? how long has it repeatedly went every 30mins?

I have a lot of back pain but gets worse when my stomach tightens. This morning I was puking and had pain in my lower back
