Does a husband or wife have a right to be upset at their partner if they promise sex then deny them?

Define upset?

My DH was a bit disappointed when I was saying he was getting some and then later I was just too tired. He had a right to be disappointed.

Depends on the situation. If my husband promises me sex but we stay out longer than normal then I don't get mad because he can't stay awake late like I can.

Thank you. I've pissed off a few people today because I said exactly how I felt about it. Then they make me feel bad.
I haven't been a fight in a long ass time and I got in two today. Wtf antibiotics must make me a bitch

He could tell I was disappointed and kept bothering me about it and when I explained why he was like I'm not other guys blah blah blah.

aw not really. my hubby might really WANT me, but yet, later he might be too tired or not feel well or something. what matters is he wants me, we just don't have to do it on demand...........

The right to be upset, yea...the right to act like a jerk because of it? No.
