Best way to get rid of stuff you don't want.

If you have some junk you want to get rid of and you put it outside and no one takes it I have a secret. 

Put a sign that says $100 on it and it will be gone within 30 minutes.

I find if I put it out the day before garbage goes out it ALWAYS disappears. Toys and stuff like that I just donate.... But furniture or baby gear always vanishes. Ha

i had to fans I wanted to get rid of. They were gone within a few hours.

My mother was trying to get rid of an old fridge once and put it in the local paper saying free to pick up. No bites but a week later she put it in for $30 and got four calls.
