Don't know I get nauseous all the time, but I push through and deal with it.

This is almost all the time. Nothing I eat or drink helps. Last night I slept with the trash can bedside me because I was so sure I was going to puke.

It could be hormones leveling out after pregnancy. It could also be reflux. I'd try to stay hydrated and eat as little acidic foods as possible. Eat starches and veggies. Salted peanuts would give you some energy and the salt would help settle your stomach.

your hormones are still out of whack, so you need to give them some time to re-adjust again.
