Birth Mom issue help

So my ss wants to move in with his father and I and go to the same school as my ds and he doesn't like his mom's boyfriend, so we ran it by BM and she said that it was fine if he moved, but she will NOT pay child support.

She work's and has a decent job, but she refuses to do so. How do we go about it?

I'm trying to stay out of it as much as possible, just coming on here to get some advice for my husband.

The big issue is child support?

How old is SS? Sadly, even if you take her to court for child support, they may order it, but it will never really be enforced.

Can't you just take her to court? The courts let me decide where I wanted to live when my parents split.

Whatever you do, make sure the court is aware of the custody change, if you don't, your husband will have to continue to send her child support.

Well we really are hard on finances right now, i should have stated that. We do wantwhat's best for him. We wanted the child support he paysnow to stop so we can use that for him. And her to pay for some thing's.
