6 yr old bed size?

Ds is six. He went from a crib to a full size bed at 18 months. The  onky reason we went with a full size bed was I had my old set from my childhood so it was cost efficient. But he has a pretty small room, it's 10 x12 I believe. So I was thinking about getting him a twin size bed so give him more floor space... But then I'd have to likely buy him another bed when he gets up to teen yrs. I doubt I'll be able to keep his keep his full mattress in good condition until then...

what do you think?

Twin bed.

Most of the people I know had a twin bed until they got married.

I had a twin bed til I moved out at 19, and I'm just about 5'8, no issues with size/length

I had a full size growing up, but my boys are in bunkbeds, they're 7 and 8.

If space is an issue a twin bed would work much better.

My husband was in a twin bed to 21 years of age. Many adults, if single, living at home, whatever, use them.
