Who should be I the delivery room?

I had a relationship with a man who I later found oit was married. I am 36 weeks pregnant and so ready to pop. His wife has come to terms with his infidelity and is excited about a baby joining their family. (They were never able to conceive a child.) Both he and she want to be present for this birth. Honestly I dont want either of them there, but they are making me feel guilty about it. Saying I am being selfish, as it is their baby too.

Whag do you think? Would it be ok to do this on my own or do I owe it to them as well?,

He should be as the father, but she would be weird to be there IMO. It's not a surrogacy where it will be their baby. It's yours and his you don't "owe" them anything.

You get to decide who is in that room.  If you aren't comfortable with them being there, then tell them no.  Don't let them make you feel guilty about it.  You are going to have enough to deal with.

Personally I would let them be there if just to foster a good relationship for the child's sake.

Are you retaining primary custody or doing 50/50?

Only people you want! Birth is private, defend yourself in this.

We have already been to court several times. She will be with me for the first 6 weeks, after which the judge says we are to go straight to 50 50. He ruled that it will be best for the child in order to form bonds and become comfortable with two households.

Who is in that room should be up to you. Do what makes you comfortable, regardless. Whatever makes labor less stressful, the better.
