How should I dress them up? I have a cedar plank or a plethora of spices and marinades. Should I do fish tacos? Should I not? Should I serve it with rice or sauteed vegetables or both?

I like grilled salmon with lemon, dill, and cayenne. It's gooooood.

I've done lemon and dill. Always good. I was thinking a teriyaki glaze but I don't know. If we don't do lemon dill we do teriyaki.

I love teriyaki salmon. Teriyaki sauce, orange zest, ginger.
Or if I am busy, I use a bottle marinade. Sesame ginger is a good flavor.
Then I grill it.

My husband and I really enjoy a balsamic glazed salmon.

The glaze is:garlic, white wine, honey, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, salt & pepper.  Cook the glaze in a small pot until it's thick, brush on the salmon, and bake at 400 for about 15 minutes.

I like my salmon simply prepared.  A little olive oil brushed on each side, then some salt and pepper.  Then cook in a hot cast iron skillet.  Brown both sides and remove while the flesh has a warm red center.  Garnish with lemon juice.  MMM heaven.

Grilled or broiled with lemon, salt and cayenne.  I'd sautee the vegetables and make a light broth with them and serve that over wild rice.
