Skinny girl problems

I'm going on a diet&hardcore exercise regimine. Im 5 ft even and weighed in at 121 at the doctors. Ive never been over 120 unless I was pregnant. It just sucks I feel fat especially with my little mommy pouch :/

Well guess what? I'm sweating my ass off, having hot flashes every other day. AND my metabolism has all of a sudden slowed to a snails pace. Wanna trade?

Eat healthy. Cut off fat and increase protein (red meat) and green veggies. Good for the baby and good for you.

Be careful being too skinny isn't cook either I'm 5'3 and 98 pounds I look sickly most of the time being this skinny

Good luck. I'm the same way, except my number is 130 and I'm a few inches taller than you are.
I exercise twice a day, in the morning and after the kids go to bed. My diet is pretty easy. I eat a butt load of vegetables, some fruit, a little bit of meat and dairy and very little grains.
