I won't hire fat people

We are a vegan bakery and we also help people learn about the vegan diet/lifestyle and other healthy ways to eat. We are all about being healthy and eating well.

I wont hire fat people. I feel it would make us look stupid and hypocritical. Being educated on how to eat better by someone who clearly is not doing that (in general sure people have health issues but no not every fat person does)

Then you don't really want to reach people these things. Those fat employees could also become regular customers and get healthy. Your loss.

I know fat vegan people, what is your point exactly? Being vegan does not equate health, sorry.

I get it.
But you could turn someone's entire life around.

I wouldn't eat there or work there anyway. And I'm not fat.

I can understand that. It's like me taking my fat ass to a gym and expecting to get hired.  LOL

I understand what you are saying, HOWEVER, can you imagine the amount of free walking publicity the right person, who is willing to go whole hog and embrace the healthier, vegan lifestyle, would be if they did lose a ton of weight? They could credit your business' guidance for the positive change in themselves.

Not saying that you should hire them, just saying I see an untapped goldmine for you if it was the right person.
