Gas and shoulder pain. Wtf is wrong with me?

I started having a ton of gas. Like major bleching.
I also started having pain in my left shoulder and every time I moved my shoulder the gas would get worse.

Yesterday I went to the doctor because it had been over 24 hours of non stop burping and the shoulder pain had me in tears. They gave me a GI cocktail and a shot of pain meds.
45 mins Later I felt better.

Today I woke up feeling great.

Until I ate.

Now I feel worse than before

Wouldn't gallbladder be consist and causing stomach pain?

My stomach doesn't hurt.

I just can't stop burping and my shoulder hurts like hell

Not necisarrily. Ask your doc for a sono of your gallbladder. Gallbladder issues cause gas and back/ shoulder pain though.

Sounds like what happened to me after my surgery. They inflated my stomach with gas for my arthroscopic surgery to have my appendix out. The pain in my shoulder had me screaming in pain. I was told there is a nerve that goes to your shoulder that gas in your stomach can irritate. The best way to get better was to fart or burp.

My dr missed a diseased gallbladder for over a year. She ordered every test and xray except for the ones necessary to diagnose gb disease. My gb almost ruptured before it was discovered. I had gotten to the point that when I sat upright I would throw up and the emesis smelled like raw fish--a sign of liver failure.

The shoulder can be from the forced air that is clearly a problem. You might have a gastritis that is causing the excess gas. Call the dr back.
