I have been in a plateau for almost 2 weeks. I work out one hour to two hours every fucking day. I track every calorie.

I worked out for 2-1/2 hours today and burned everything that I consumed. Why am I not losing weight?!

Are you drinking 64 ounces of water, or more, a day?

Because your burning more calories than you are eating, your body is in starvation mode and holding onto every bit of fat to stay alive.

Eat clean and exercise less.

How much more do you have to lose? STop working out for 2 hours. Do short burst and interval training.
