For those of you who don't know what paleo is... it's basically a caveman diet. It's what are bodies were meant to eat and digest. In general, eating Paleo means eating veggies, fruits, meats, fish, certain fats, nuts, and seeds. And it means removing grains (breads, pastas, rice, etc), beans, soy, dairy, certain vegetable oils, and refined sugar from your diet.
My family and I have been on it for a year and we all feel amazing!
I was wanting more meal ideas... any of you ladies have recipes to share?

No, I'm currently on the modified hospital diet. Applesauce, jello, chicken broth, and saltine crackers.

I live off of romaine hearts and croutons . I'll stick around for interesting ideas though.

What exactly are you looking for? I just do protein and sides that are not starchy. Pinterest is my new best friend :) sides are mostly salad with homemade dressing. I am boring

Pass. I'm a carb junkie, and have a nifty intolerance to most kinds of meat. I'd starve. Lol

I tried paleo for a while and felt great. I really want to do it again and make it a lifestyle for my whole family.
