How much some of you have paid for the birth of your child(ren), even after co-pays.

I have birthed 4 children and I've never seen a bill, let alone paid one.

So you either live in another country, have great insurance or used pregnancy medicaid. Yay for you?

Canada.

Hence why it shocks me. It's never something I've even had to think about.

When i had my first child i gave birth at a shitty county/community hospital. Horrible hospital. I didn't even have a private room. Anyways I had a 500 co pay so I saw the bill. They charged my insurance almost ten grand a night for the room alone.
