Every day a pb&J sandwich is offered as an alternative, in addition to a rotating selection of hot and cold alternatives, and a chef salad is also offered daily as an alternative.

The charter schools that my kids attend do not have hot lunch service.  Everyone is required to bring their own lunch every day.  However, with that being said, if a child forgets his/her lunch, then he/she will go to the office and get a p.b. and jelly sandwich and some fruit/veggies.  However, to answer your question, peanuts have not been banned at either of these schools.

No, but the cafeteria doesn't serve anything with peanuts or peanut butter. Their alternative sandwich is wowbutter & jelly.

Our school doesn't serve peanuts or anything made with them. However, children are allowed to bring their own pb j or apples and peanut butter etc

PB is banned in all schools and daycares throughout my city.  It's been that way for as long as I can remember.

DDs school is the same as yours. Pb and j offered as an alternative to the hot lunch every day. She hasn't figured that out yet though thank heaven, that would be all she ate.

PB is not banned in our district; however, they don't serve it in the cafeteria. Alternate lunches are yogurt, string cheese and crackers, or deli sandwich.
