CM docs is this normal?

All day my left ear has been wonky.  I lost my hearing randomly for a few minutes 2x today, followed by a high pitched keening noise.

Now, the inside of my ear hurts so bad I could just cry and there is a clear liquid leaking out.

Do you really have to ask if that is normal? Really?

well idk, it could just be a regular run of the mill ear infection, or tinnitus or something.

DO you have to be a bitch about it? Really?

Bet it's an ear infection. Have you been sick?

I thought I was coming down with something, but it seemed to resolve itself

I wasn't being a bitch. I am shocked you think those symptoms are normal.
An infection or tinnitus wouldn't be normal either.
Normally you don't have pain, drainage, hearing loss and ringing in your ear. What you're experiencing is abnormal, time to see a dr!

Sounds like swimmers ear. If it turns to pus like liquid it's infected. I would try OTC stuff. I've heard garlic oil is good for helping it.

Have you hit your head anytime recently? Clear fluid from ear is something that can happen days to a few weeks afters hitting your head and can be serious
